Checking Accounts
Whether you would like to open a basic checking account or an account that earns interest, Frontier Bank offers just the right program for you.
Frontier Checking is our most popular FREE checking account. There are never any service charges and you’ll receive a concise monthly statement detailing your account activity. ATM cards may be used free of charge at our ATM locations, or choose the Visa Debit Card, which works just like a check and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
Frontier Silver Checking enables you to earn interest on your account, with monthly service charges waived when you maintain an average minimum balance of $1,000. Choose a printed statement, have your checks returned with your statement, or we can retain microfilm at the bank.
Frontier Gold Checking offers the highest interest rate on your checking account and provides a host of COMPLIMENTARY services, including personal checks, money orders, official checks and traveler’s checks for the life of the account. We’ll also provide one year of free rent on a safe-deposit box, subject to availability. Maintenance fees are waived with an average monthly balance of $2,500.
Senior Advantage, for depositors over the age of 55, has no minimum balances and offers an interest bearing checking account, special checks, official checks and money orders, travelers checks, internet and online bill payment, all with no service charges or fees.
Savings Accounts
Put your money to work with one of our high-yield, fully-liquid savings accounts. Savings interest rates are regularly monitored to ensure you receive the most for your money. Your savings account can also be automatically linked to your checking account, creating another level of overdraft protection.
Statement Savings Plan is an excellent way to start your investment program. This account requires a small balance and low minimum daily balance so you pay no monthly fees.
Jumpstart Savings starts your children off on the right foot. This fully insured savings account offers a higher interest rate for depositors under the age of 18 years old. The account requires no minimum balance and is service charge free.
Money Market Savings Accounts are designed for investments of $1,000 and greater and offer a tiered-rate structure that rewards you as your balance increases. These accounts are easily accessible, as you can make up to six pre-authorized withdrawals per statement period, three of which may be by check.
Gold Money Market Account earns significantly higher returns on your money. This account offers the same advantages and restrictions as a regular money market account but with a higher rate. Customers that maintain their primary checking account with Frontier Bank are eligibile for the Gold Money Market Account.

ATM/VISA® Check Cards
Your ATM card may be used at any machine supported by either the Cirrus or Plus networks. Or choose the Frontier VISA® Check Card, which combines the features of an ATM card with the convenience and purchasing power of a credit card. Your Frontier VISA® Check Card is linked to your checking account and is accepted worldwide anywhere you see the VISA® symbol. Certain restrictions apply, call for details.

Pay all your bills right from your home computer with E-PAY®. It’s quick, easy and secure. Sign up now and get E-PAY® free for the first 60 days. After that, E-PAY® stays free to Gold & Silver Account customers and costs only $4.95 per month to Basic Frontier Account holders.
Frontier Internet Banking
Look up account balances, view check images, make transfers and payments, see if checks have cleared, and access all of your other account information with Frontier Bank’s Internet Banking Service. Offered absolutely free of charge!
ACH Transfers
Avoid late charges and cancellation notices by setting up automatic payments on any of your fixed monthly payments. Everything from insurance premiums to mortgages and car loans can now be paid automatically with Frontier’s Automated Clearing House Debits.
Overdraft Privilege
Designed to end checking account overdraft complications, charges and embarrassing delays, this unsecured loan will balance your account if you should ever overdraw. Ask us for ways to access your credit line, pay schedules and personal credit loan limit.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Protect your valuables by renting a safe-deposit box from Frontier Bank. Your important documents and possessions are kept under a dual-control lock system in the safety of our vault. We have four different sizes available to meet your needs:
