About Us
Frontier Bank opened as Park City’s community bank in 1998, when founder James Montgomery sensed a void in the community due to the selling off of the town’s previous community bank in the 1980s. With a single branch located in Park City, Frontier Bank has grown to become one of the area’s premier banks.
In May of 2004, Frontier Bank opened a second branch in Sandy, Utah, answering the demands for a community bank in that Salt Lake suburb. The new branch provides a complete range of deposit services, in addition to a full-service loan department specializing in residential mortgage and commercial real estate loans.
